STOP DRIVEWAY DETERIORATION
New asphalt pavement seems dense and indestructible but it is rather porous and begins to deteriorate rapidly.	The sun oxidizes asphalt pavement, hardening the binder that holds the pavement together. The pavement becomes brittle and begins to crack.	Water enters the cracks. The expansion and contraction of water during the freeze/ thaw cycle enlarges the cracks.	Water seeps through the surface, softening the base and sub-base. The pavement buckless and separates under heavy loads.

Seal coating seals out the damaging effects of exposure to weather, water and chemicals. Pavement life is extended and looks like new.

INDUSTRIAL QUALITY SEALER

Industrial Sealer -- we use a premium quality industrial strength sealer (much better than store bought). It lasts longer and looks better. This sealer contains asphalt resins and is relatively fast drying. It adds these resins to aging black top and also seals and protects the pavement against the effects of weathering.
